Assistance with Internal Audits
Wherever possible the auditing of management systems must be completed by and individual who is independent of the area being audited. For smaller companies where there is no dedicated audit team this can be difficult to achieve. We can assist you in carrying out an internal management system audit. Alternatively, we can complete the internal audit for you so you stay focused on keeping your customers happy.
Ongoing maintenance of Management Systems
As well as internal audits we can carry out a range of other tasks to help you save time. These tasks include: –
- Logging and investigating issues and complaints
- Completing supplier appraisals/ updating supplier list
- Collecting feedback from customers
